Window weights- what makes old windows stay up when you open them. They hang inside the wall by small white ropes.
Temporary supports hold the second story up while they take off the exterior walls.
Framing began for the downstairs bath (to the right). 
Since I'm not too useful to these guys, I got to practice my manual setting photography. (above was on automatic- these last ones were taken on manual. See how much better they are?!)
